How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. You will receive email notification when your order is shipped. Twig is a very small business, and I handmake all products from raw ingredients. While I aim to send orders out within a few days, occasionally I will need to make fresh products for your order. I know waiting is hard so I'll be sure to communicate any delays with you!

What about shipping?

For local pickup in Toronto, NSW use code 'Local" on payment page for $0 shipping. I'll be in touch to arrange a collection time.

Domestic orders are charged at $10 flat rate for orders under $80. Orders above $80 are shipped free! You can usually expect 2-8 day delivery time within Australia.

Please email twigbotanicals@email.com to discuss international shipping, this can usually be arranged.

 

Refunds and returns

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you need to return your item for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at twigbotanicals@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
